Returns on purchases are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Return shipping charges on voluntary returns are the responsibility of the buyer. A traceable and insured shipping method is recommended as we will not be responsible for merchandise that does not reach our facility.
You must notify us within 30 days of your order date to initiate a return. After 30 days the item is yours and cannot be returned. All merchandise returned must be in NEW & UNUSED condition. Any items purchased with a coupon code or clearance are not able to be returned.
Original shipping expense (even if the item was advertised as FREE Shipping please note that we do pay shipping to get the product out to you and the cost needs to be recovered) not refunded.
To Initiate A Return:
- Obtain a Return Authorization # from FAQ@HENNAHUT.COM
- Write the RA# on each side of the package and include your original packing slip in the box!
- Return the merchandise to the address listed in our RA# response
- All items will be inspected and your refund will be processed via your original method of payment (please allow up to 14 days to process the refund request).
Our inventory turns over extremely quickly so it is very difficult for us to manage the exchange of product. If the item is in NEW & UNUSED condition we can exchange it out for a different color choice one time without the 15% restocking fee. The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges to and from Henna Hut. Contact us at FAQ@HENNAHUT.COM to get the shipping amount to include with your original product you wish to exchange out. If return shipping charges are not included with the shipment it will not be processed.
If Your Item Arrives Damaged:
Upon arrival, please thoroughly inspect the content of the package. If the contents of your shipment arrive damaged:
Keep the original box, its contents, and all packaging material in their original condition and contact us FAQ@HENNAHUT.COM Please do NOT send the item back or dispose of the the packing materials as both are needed for shipping carrier inspection and insurance claim processing. We can only issue a refund after the claim is approved. This can take up to 4 weeks, so please be patient.
Canceling An Order:
Contact us at FAQ@HENNAHUT.COM as soon as you can, A representative will determine whether the order has already shipped. If your order has not been shipped, we can process the cancellation. When the cancellation is confirmed, we will send you a confirmation email. This confirmation email is your proof of cancellation and will be necessary, in case of any questions, to waive shipping/handling and/or restocking fees. There will be a 15% restocking fee for all refused shipments. In many cases, Henna Hut will not be able to cancel an order because it has already shipped out of our facility. In order to offer our customers fast delivery, most orders are released from our facility within 24 hours of the placement of each order.
