Henna Hut ships same business day as long as it is ordered by 5pm central time (Texas). We pride ourselves in fast shipping as we also like to get things fast when we order them online.
We ship same day 99% of the time. Sometimes however Mother Nature, the cable companies or family emergencies can alter shipping times. We usually close twice a year for inventory or system updates as well.
We do appreciate if you contact us if you package has not arrived in 5 "business" days.
Overseas orders can take as long as 20 plus business days to arrive. In most cases out of country orders do arrive in 6-8 business days, however customs can take much longer. It all varies so much from country to country it hard to know how long each will take.
